THE ROLE
Assistant Project Managers support the execution of commercial building envelope and façade installations from award through closeout, under the direction of a Project Manager.
This role is for people who want to understand how projects actually run — not just manage tasks. You’ll work inside a structured system, support field execution, and build the habits required to take on full project responsibility over time.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Supporting project setup, submittals, and procurement for façade systems
- Keeping project records, schedules, and documentation clean, accurate, and up to date as projects move through production
- Assisting with coordination between in-house field crews, vendors, and project leadership
- Tracking labor hours, material usage, and installation progress
- Supporting closeout documentation and billing activities
- Helping maintain clear visibility into project status as work progresses
